Nevertheless a secure log on to different online services and communities is not endangered.</p><p><strong>How can you</strong><strong> log in to communipedia using your personal OpenID?</strong></p><p>Log in in 2 steps: </p><ul><li>1. store your personal OpenID in communipedia</li><li>2. verify this personal OpenID on the website of the external provider </li><li>Now, communipedia has assigned your OpenID to your profile and you can log in using your OpenID at any time.</li></ul><p> <strong>Which OpenID providers are there on the internet?</strong> <br /><br />There are many different OpenID providers on the internet. Every identity provider operates in a different way but here is a list explaining you how to store your personal OpenIDs according to the provider: </p><p><em>Wordpress:</em> </p><ul><li>Log in to WordPress and do not close the window.</li><li>Open a new window and log in to communipedia. Click on <em>OpenID</em>. Copy your WordPress URL. Paste it in the communipedia field <em>Add a new OpenID</em>. Then click on <em>Add</em>. </li><li>A confirmation prompt appears. Click on <em>Yes</em>. Your OpenID is now assigned to your profile.</li></ul> <em>Technorati:</em> <ul><li>Log in toTechnorati and do not close the window.</li><li>Open a new window and log in to communipedia.
